Planning Commission Documents

For your convenience, the City of Clovis is posting the Planning Commission Agenda Packets to the City Website.  The Agenda Packet includes the agenda and all staff reports for each Planning Commission meeting. It is a preliminary draft of the agenda packet, meaning that it is subject to change until 72 hours before the meeting.  Please feel free to contact the Planning Division office at 559-324-2340 to confirm if any changes have been made to the agenda after it has been posted to the City Website.  A final copy of the Agenda Packet will be available for viewing in the City Planning Division at 1033 Fifth Street.

Please Note – We have changed the way we post the agenda and reports.  Beginning with the June 25 Meeting we have begun to post a linked agenda so that you don’t have to download a 20 MB document to view one report.  Under “Agenda / Reports” below, if you click on the meeting of June 25, 2009, or later, the agenda for that date will open up.  On that agenda, each agenda item that has a linked staff report, will have a blue box around it.  If you click on that box, you will be redirected to that specific report.  You can then navigate back to the agenda, and open up other reports.
