The annual Clovis Rodeo will be held April 23-26, 2015, at the Clovis Rodeo Grounds in Old Town Clovis.  The weekend event includes a large parade on Saturday morining, concerts, PBR Bull Riding, and more rodeo fun.  Expect heavy traffic and road closures (map - pdf) in Old Town for the various events.  For more information about the rodeo, please visit the official website for the Clovis Rodeo.

Clovis Memorial Run - May 23, 2015

Join us for the Clovis Memorial Run to be held May 23, 2015. The event is to honor and support our senior citizens, veterans and active military on Memorial Weekend. We hope you will join us to Honor our Legacy of the senior citizens and veterans in our community. The event is for all athletic abilities and ages and will be held rain or shine.

The event includes a timed 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk, a non-timed 2-mile walk, a non-timed 1/2 mile kid's run, and a non-timed 1/2 mile Senior Walk & Roll.  For more information please visit the Clovis Memorial Run website.

Mayor's Breakfast - May 14, 2015

The Clovis Community Foundation (CCF) is hosting the Clovis Mayor's Breakfast on Thursday, May 14, 2015, from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. at the Clovis Memorial District building located at 453 Hughes Avenue

The net proceeds from the event are used by the Clovis Community Foundation to support cultural, educational, recreational, artistic and children’s programs in our community, so don’t miss this opportunity to meet and hear from key political and business leaders in Clovis while supporting important non-profit organizations in the Clovis area.

CDBG Action Plan 2015-16 Draft

The draft 2015-16 City of Clovis Action Plan (pdf)  is available for review through May 4, 2015.  The Action Plan serves as a comprehensive housing affordability strategy and community development plan, and is required for submissions for funding under HUD's entitlement formula grant programs.
