The Records Division
The records manager, her full-time staff of five professional staff and several part-time employees are responsible for the more than fifteen thousand police reports that are generated each year. The Records Division is responsible for all crime reports, data entry, typing, property and evidence and many more allocated tasks.
Schedule of Services
- Records Regular Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00 pm, closed on court holidays.
- Narcotics and Arson Registrants: Tuesday through Friday 10:30am - 2:00pm
- PC 290 Registrants: By Appointment Only call 559-324-2415 or Ty Wood 559-324-2556.
- Impound Hearings: Monday through Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm (Please call 324-2400 to schedule an appointment)
- Vehicle Releases: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
- Fingerprinting: (rolled ink prints only) Mondays,Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm. This service is provided to residents of the city of Clovis or those that are employed in the city of Clovis.

Fees
- Administrative Fee for Vehicle Releases $112.00
- Copy of Police Report $5.00
- Fingerprinting $5.00 per card
- Reproduction of Photographs (per roll) $35.00
- Video Tape Copy $25.00
Child Safety Seat Inspections
- Clovis Police Department is no longer conducting child safety seat inspections.
