Clovis PD Looks for Owners of Stolen Commercial Electronics/Tools

Clovis Police recovered approximately 30 pieces of stolen property from welding and landscaping implements to generators, compressors, grinders and tool sets when they arrested 37-year-old Pasquale Desantis in Clovis a little over a week ago at Ashlan and Minnewawa. Now, detectives are trying to find the owners of the stolen goods.

Pasquale DesantisOfficers arrested Desantis, a transient, for five outside agency felony warrants, possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended/revoked license, possession of a controlled substance for sale and transportation of a controlled substance with purpose for sale on January 13th. Also seized were a “borrowed” 1993 light blue Chevy Silverado and an Interstate 2-axel trailer, which may also have been stolen.

Detectives are working to reunite the stolen property with its owners. Items include a safe, 3 grinders, a sander, tabletop patio heater, 2 (more than 150 piece) professional tool sets, cordless drill and battery, chop saw, air compressor, Honda lawn mower, gas powered weed eater, Briggs and Stratton edger, impact wrenches, pro welder with argon tank, professional wet/dry vacuum, 2 executive office chairs and a MacBook.

If burglary victims have their serial numbers or can identify their property, they are asked to call Det. Scott Borsch at (559) 324- 3464. Recovered compressor  and tools
