The City of Clovis issues traffic advisories for the safety and convenience of the commuting public. Please check this page frequently for updated conditions. As always, when roadways are under construction or restrictions, drivers are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly, give themselves enough time to traverse the area safely and comfortably, or to avoid the area, if possible.
Beginning September 19, 2018 and continuing until September 21, 2018, Bullard Avenue between Leonard Avenue and Agua Dulce Avenue will be closed. Starting on September 24, 2018 and continuing until September 26, 2018, the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Leonard Avenue will be closed. Also, beginning September 24, 2018 and going until September 28, 2018, Leonard Avenue between Bullard Avenue and the Enterprise Canal will be closed. Construction of underground utilities will be installed in conjunction with TM 6186 with work completed by subcontractors of Granville Homes Inc.
During this time, drivers are encouraged to plan their routes accordingly, give themselves enough time to traverse the area safely and comfortably, or to avoid the area altogether if possible.
Beginning Monday, 8/27/18, both eastbound and westbound #1 lanes of Shaw Avenue (closest to the median) will be closed between Willow Avenue and Highway 168. The lanes will be closed between the hours of 8:30 am and 3:00 pm each day, for approximately three to four weeks, while the Public Utilities Department completes a landscape maintenance project.
Beginning on June 14th 2018 and continuing until November 16th 2018, Ashlan Ave, between Leonard and Highland will be closed. Through traffic will be restricted to emergency vehicles and residents within the closure area. Street reconstruction and underground utilities will be installed in conjunction with TM 6174 and 6193 with work completed by the subcontractors of Wilson Homes.
