The Clovis Police Department has arrested the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a bicyclist on April 20, 2016 at Shaw Ave./Leonard Ave.  27 year-old Rondrick Stubbs was arrested and booked into Fresno County Jail this afternoon on one misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter (PC 192 (c) (2),  and one misdemeanor count of possession of a smoking device (H&S 11364) after the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office issued the warrant.
